You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while representing our dealership in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to designated locations to perform automotive repairs and services
  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues and make necessary repairs
  • Complete routine maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Perform recalls per manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including all tools and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Keep up-to-date with new automotive technology and techniques through training
  • Complete all service and repair orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an automotive technician preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Basic computer skills and experience with diagnostic equipment preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and environments
