At Center For Diagnostic Imaging, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities:- Screen patients before exams to ensure their safety and identify any potential contraindications
- Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for scanning
- Perform routine and advanced scanning procedures with minimal supervision
- Adjust scanning parameters as needed to ensure high-quality images
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing
- Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiography
- Licensed Radiological Technologist in the applicable state (if required)
- Current CPR certification
