Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Houston. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing training to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of individuals diagnosed with Autism to identify behavioral strengths and areas to improve.
  • Design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide staff training, mentorship, and BT/RBT supervision to ensure the highest level of clinical quality and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and consistency in implementing behavior support strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to provide support, education, and guidance regarding interventions and behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, behavior data, and intervention strategies.
