Job Description:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will provide ABA services to clients and families in the clinic and home settings. This leadership role requires managing a team of therapists, supervising a caseload, and effectively running ABA programs in clinic and community settings.

Duties:
  • Conduct skills assessments and behavioral assessments
  • Provide supervision to therapists, including those seeking BCBA certification, and Lead Therapists
  • Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices
  • Document all procedures and programming
  • Develop and implement skills acquisition and social skills programs
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct intake interviews and create recommendations for comprehensive services
  • Consult and provide training for parents, teachers, and community members
  • Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and BCBA code of ethics
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive services
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst or eligible to take the exam in the next 90 days
  • 2+ years of applied experience working with special needs children, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with writing and communication
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well within teams
