Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at MedCare Pediatric Group, LP.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide, evaluate, and implement behavior therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of needs. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Observe patients and conduct behavior assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Train and supervise Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current Texas license as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a BCBA, with new graduates welcome to apply.
