Job Overview

Position Summary:

  • The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role within the program team dedicated to the execution of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives.
  • As part of a collaborative cross-functional team in the Combination Product Operations (CPO) division, you will contribute to the rollout of the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform from Dassault Systemes, aimed at digitizing technology transfer across the manufacturing network.
  • The CPO Process Engineering team is committed to achieving efficient technology transfers that enhance the speed of developing, manufacturing, and distributing combination products to stakeholders and patients.
  • The ideal candidate will operate within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as part of a product team, focused on delivering capabilities in manufacturing process planning, requirements management, and process controls, while acting as the voice of the customer to ensure user needs are met within the PLM platform.
  • Moreover, the candidate will offer user support and feedback for system updates, enhancements, and data migration, while assisting the business in onboarding and training users in digital workflows and new functionalities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience OR Associate degree with 6 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a business systems analyst in PLM implementation and successful user training and onboarding in a large multinational environment.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and their impact on software deployment is advantageous.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, frameworks, algorithms, and technologies as required.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Document business processes for CPO Process Engineering, including Manufacturing Process Design, Process Requirement Specifications, and Process Controls, in collaboration with relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify gaps and opportunities for digitalization.
  • Maintain and update business process documentation in accordance with changes to functional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and updated digital workflows.
  • Develop and deliver appropriate training to relevant user groups within CPO.
  • Act as a super user in the PLM production environment and maintain CPO Process Engineering templates.
  • Escalate issues and requests to the relevant PLM Product owners as necessary.
  • Collect and document enhancement requests for CPO Process Engineering workflows within the PLM.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Sprint testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Build a support network within functional areas, ensuring up-to-date business process documentation and input to the PLM product team.
  • Support the definition of functional area requirements for the PLM platform and manage user stories within the product backlog.
  • Represent functional area use cases in PLM Product, Community, and Governance meetings.
