We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support occupancy at The Sheridan at Park Ridge. As a Move-In Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition for new residents.
Key Responsibilities- Transition Support: Assist incoming residents with all aspects of their transition, including move-ins, move-outs, and in-house transfers.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and host community events as needed.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by communicating with prospects and producing reports.
- Unit Preparation: Coordinate the refurbishing, cleaning, and inspection of units after move-outs and before move-ins.
- Communication: Communicate incoming residents' special needs or requirements to the appropriate channels.
- Concierge Support: Oversee and support the Concierge team.
- No prior experience is necessary, but previous sales experience is preferred.
- You must be detail-oriented and take pride in your work.
- You should have an outgoing personality and enjoy communicating with colleagues from various departments, as well as prospective residents and their family members.
