About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Manager to join our Global WBD Streaming Growth Product Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for planning and executing initiatives across multiple WBD Streaming programs.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will work closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to support WBD Streaming initiatives. You will develop data strategies and data visualizations for optimal KPI reporting, work with the growth product team to refine data strategy, and prepare and publish monthly DTC KPIs.

You will also ensure each Growth Product team member has the information needed to effectively deliver their key priorities, foster effective collaboration and systems that help teams execute both internally and with other stakeholders, and work with team members to identify risks and opportunities across multiple programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop data strategies and data visualizations for optimal KPI reporting.
  • Work with the growth product team and cross-functional stakeholders to refine data strategy, surface key insights to better engage current consumers, as well as attract and retain new customers.
  • Prepare and publish monthly DTC KPIs and deliver actionable and timely ad-hoc analysis and reporting to help drive informed decision making, including test and learn initiatives.
  • Ensure each Growth Product team member has the information needed to effectively deliver their key priorities.
  • Foster effective collaboration and systems that help teams execute both internally and with other stakeholders.
  • Work with team members to identify risks and opportunities across multiple programs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a product data analyst or product data scientist within a technology or digital organization.
  • Experience contributing to valued roles on high-profile, multi-faceted products.
  • Experience delivering all phases of a project, including planning, design, development, and implementation.
  • Experience building and presenting business reviews and recommendations to share with senior leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with C-suite presentations a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high-degree of autonomous ownership.
  • A love of working closely with others to empower them to excel and teach what they know.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn from mistakes and from others.
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Looker a plus.
