Your Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Intermediate Environmental Specialist to join our Environmental Services team. This role involves engaging in a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including federal, state, and local initiatives. You will be instrumental in providing environmental consulting and technical support to ensure both community and ecological well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with a diverse team to prepare technical documentation and conduct impact assessments related to natural resources.
- Review and compile data for environmental impact reports and technical baseline documents.
- Assist in the strategy and application processes for state and federal resource permits.
- Author comprehensive technical reports, including narratives and analytical findings, while producing visual exhibits and recommendations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, policy, planning, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in environmental consulting or with a governmental agency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with field surveys and compliance monitoring is advantageous.
