Position Overview

The Residential Sales Manager will oversee a team of 6 to 8 Sales Consultants. This role involves managing, selecting, training, and inspiring sales agents while ensuring the overall sales process and outcomes for the location are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management:
    • Engage in monthly Sales Manager meetings and quarterly business operation discussions.
    • Provide weekly sales updates to the supervisor.
    • Identify and act on opportunities to sustain consistent sales and closings.
    • Maintain and update the deal board, closing board, and sales plat as necessary.
    • Select floor plans for new projects as requested.
  • Leadership of Sales Consultants:
    • Recruit, train, and motivate Sales Agents to achieve a set minimum number of home sales each quarter.
    • Offer real-time feedback to enhance the sales team's performance through shadowing and role-play sessions.
    • Coach agents on effective strategies to identify sales opportunities through weekly one-on-one sessions.
  • Mortgage Management:
    • Oversee the loan officer and loan processor to ensure timely movement of mortgage files.
    • Authorize and submit all contracts and cancellations.
  • Office Sales Operations:
    • Prepare and circulate the office schedule monthly.
    • Update and distribute the price list as per the schedule.
Qualifications
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and leading sales teams.
  • At least 3 years of direct sales experience.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
