The Residential Sales Manager will oversee a team of 6 to 8 Sales Consultants. This role involves managing, selecting, training, and inspiring sales agents while ensuring the overall sales process and outcomes for the location are met.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Management:
- Engage in monthly Sales Manager meetings and quarterly business operation discussions.
- Provide weekly sales updates to the supervisor.
- Identify and act on opportunities to sustain consistent sales and closings.
- Maintain and update the deal board, closing board, and sales plat as necessary.
- Select floor plans for new projects as requested.
- Leadership of Sales Consultants:
- Recruit, train, and motivate Sales Agents to achieve a set minimum number of home sales each quarter.
- Offer real-time feedback to enhance the sales team's performance through shadowing and role-play sessions.
- Coach agents on effective strategies to identify sales opportunities through weekly one-on-one sessions.
- Mortgage Management:
- Oversee the loan officer and loan processor to ensure timely movement of mortgage files.
- Authorize and submit all contracts and cancellations.
- Office Sales Operations:
- Prepare and circulate the office schedule monthly.
- Update and distribute the price list as per the schedule.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and leading sales teams.
- At least 3 years of direct sales experience.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
