Job Summary

The Branch Associate is a vital member of our team, responsible for receiving and preparing orders, as well as safely moving, loading, and delivering products. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment, as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, ensuring accurate loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
  • Load and unload products from deliveries, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
  • Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, optimizing space utilization and adhering to quality service standards.
  • Operate tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment, as needed, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures and assist with bi-annual inventory reviews, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Requirements
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment.
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
