Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Branch Manager to lead our Restaurant Depot team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Branch, maintaining a positive company image, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel issues and supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Review financial and operational reports and take necessary actions.
  • Direct subordinates to ensure timely and accurate management of all warehouse operations.
  • Define service standards and operational mission of the branch.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Manage selection, annual performance appraisals, and professional development of management-level personnel.
  • Maintain communication with Corporate Offices to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review inventory on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum 4 years of management experience in food service or grocery distribution.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to run a high-volume warehouse operation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people management/training skills.
  • Customer service orientation.

Work Environment:

The work environment is moderate, with occasional exposure to cold temperatures in the freezer and hot temperatures in the Damages area. Physical labor is infrequent, but the ability to stand/walk for up to 4 hours without a break is required.
