Responsibilities
  • Providing nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities
  • Following and adhering to care plans for residents
  • Checking vital signs and providing regular reports to the nursing team
  • Observing resident conditions and alerting supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Performing tasks to provide a clean and sanitary environment for residents
  • Communicating with family members and other visitors and addressing their concerns

Requirements
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant certification
