This position is responsible for analyzing and planning daily package dispatch and handling operational service issues. The Alternate Part-time Package Dispatch Supervisor/Package Center Supervisor is a trained and certified individual who can perform the role of either a PT PDS or a PT PCS to accommodate alternative schedules and increase operational flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze previous dispatch results to maximize service performance and streamline routes
  • Coordinate the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Provide customer service support, including answering messages, concerns, and call tags
  • Facilitate the smooth execution of operational procedures and management of systems
Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Pay range: $25.20/hr to $40.95/hr, based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training
