Job Title: Audit Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute audit tests to assess business risks and control environments
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide training and development opportunities to audit team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of audit experience, preferably in financial services
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead teams
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lead auditor or Auditor-in-Charge experience
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification
  • Advanced degree or certifications in a related field
  • Experience with audit software and tools
