Job Title: CDL Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Shuttle Driver to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting customers to and from our facility in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a shuttle bus and transport customers to and from the facility.
  • Greet passengers and provide assistance with loading and unloading.
  • Operate the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and comply with all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and record malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
  • Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
  • Conduct pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
  • Monitor traffic and weather conditions and notify dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
  • Report accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
  • Treat all customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
  • You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
  • You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
