Client Acquisition

We have developed a robust client acquisition system that leverages targeted direct mail and digital content to reach motivated clients who have a need and desire to purchase life insurance. Our system includes a data-driven approach that is constantly fine-tuned to find and engage with potential clients. Once a client expresses interest, our system ensures that they are contacted and provided with a personalized consultation to review their options.

Client Fulfillment

As a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM, which enables you to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. Our system automates the process, setting virtual appointments and sending calendar events with a one-click link to connect with clients. Our full-time advisors connect with 10 to 15 families per week, providing ongoing training and support to ensure their success.

Advisor Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an average payout of $1,000 per issued client application. Our top advisors can earn up to $120,000 in the first year, regardless of experience. In addition to 1099/commission-based income, you will have opportunities to earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You will be vested from day one and may qualify for equity incentives or an agency contract, providing full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.

This is a remote position that offers the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor, combined with ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts. You will be accountable for your activity and results, with rapid advancement into leadership available for those who excel. Main Duties and Responsibilities
