Job Title: North America Demand Marketing Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Marketing Director to lead our North America team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a demand marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a demand marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
* Lead a team of demand marketers to achieve marketing and sales goals
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns
* Use data and analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand marketing

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in demand marketing, with a proven track record of success
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to drive marketing decisions

Anticipated Hiring Range:

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$160,000 to $175,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Eligible for Bonus or Commission Plan:

This role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant. Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
