Community Manager

At Sequel, we're redefining feminine healthcare products, and we're looking for a talented Community Manager to join our team.

As a Community Manager, you'll be responsible for fostering a positive, diverse, and inclusive environment that enhances user engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms
  • Creating and curating content, including video, graphic, and static content
  • Monitoring community feedback and online reviews, providing detailed reports and actionable insights
  • Attending industry or partner events and capturing content to increase engagement and brand visibility
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and concerns
  • Tracking and analyzing community performance metrics to identify trends and insights
  • Nurturing relationships with key community ambassadors and brand advocates

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager in multiplatform storytelling, with a strong portfolio of successful community initiatives.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong experience in growing audiences, partnering on creative execution, and creating brand-appropriate digital content
  • Experience with social media management tools and Google Analytics
  • Ability to generate revenue-driven content

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000 + equity, 401K, Unlimited PTO, Health Insurance, and Paid Holidays.
