About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team at Lunavi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow new business and expand existing relationships with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers and sponsors.
  • Work closely with the Lunavi Delivery team to manage and execute the entire end-to-end selling process.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Measure and manage client satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in consultative sales, with a strong understanding of enterprise solutions and Microsoft technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Experience with sales prospecting and qualification methodologies, with a proven track record of growing and delivering multi-million-dollar engagements.
