Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a seasoned Executive Director of Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and guiding contracted services for multiple sites, generating significant revenue and meeting operating and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of operations managers to provide operational expertise in contracted services, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, continually assessing operations and developing plans to drive growth and improvement.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing management team, capable of carrying out organizational objectives and driving business results.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve service delivery, drive revenue growth, and optimize operational productivity.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and develop financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Embed Aramark's standards of operation, including safety standards and business conduct policies, into all aspects of the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, hospitality, or facilities management.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a strong focus on client service, entrepreneurship, and business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to read, understand, and implement contractual requirements, identifying opportunities to drive operational improvement.
  • Meaningful experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, with a proven ability to lead through other managers.
  • Experience in creating and managing department budgets, financial controls, and analysis.
  • Ability to craft and implement operational programs and initiatives, driving business results and growth.
