The ARRA Group, a leading healthcare recruitment agency, is collaborating with our esteemed Hospital Client to recruit a Director of Outpatient Nursing Services.

This role involves overseeing campus outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgery centers (ASC). The Director of Ambulatory Care will be pivotal in executing healthcare strategies aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and uncovering revenue potential.

The Director will manage Ambulatory Services to ensure excellence and serve as the primary resource for all departments involved in ambulatory care management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic oversight, administration, and operational leadership of outpatient care services.
  • Supervise both clinical and administrative operations to guarantee high-quality patient care and adherence to regulations.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders to improve service delivery.
  • Recruit, mentor, and assess nursing personnel to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Formulate and enforce policies to enhance clinical operations.
  • Lead initiatives for quality enhancement, evaluating clinical outcomes and applying improvement strategies.
Requirements:
  • Active RN License in New York State
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in a related healthcare field preferred
  • Proven leadership experience with demonstrable quality improvement outcomes
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Ambulatory Care or Hospital Outpatient Leadership
