Nurse Care Specialist

Here's what you'll do when you join us:
Key Responsibilities:
Create a warm and friendly environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission to discharge.
Advocate for our residents at every stage of care, going above and beyond to meet their needs.
Develop personalized care plans for each resident, based on observation and expertise.
Handle medication for our residents, keeping meticulous records of every aspect of care administered.
Requirements:
Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
Be experienced in all things nursing and how RNs practice medicine.
Have knowledge about laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care.
