Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Lead to join our retail team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading day-to-day operations, and inspiring associates to deliver outstanding results.

About the Role

  • Lead by example, embodying Our Burlington philosophy and company core values in all aspects of work.
  • Drive improvement in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys through a customer-first focus and consistently great experience delivery.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
  • Coordinate meal and break periods, monitoring schedule adherence.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as standing and walking for extended periods.
