Job Description: As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our programs operate in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will oversee the implementation of policies and procedures designed to promote regulatory compliance and quality assurance. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all agency and DOHMH regulations.
  • Monitor ongoing audit procedures designed to address regulatory compliance and quality assurance issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory requirements and expectations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in field of Human Services.
  • Minimum of five years work experience in the field of mental health.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
