Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for credit unions on ATM, debit, and credit card software.
  • Assist credit unions in reconciling daily card transaction activities.
  • Provide on-site support during the launch phase to ensure product functionality.
  • Guide clients through their initial balancing processes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the installation or operation of credit union systems, particularly focusing on EFT products.
  • Strong knowledge of debit, ATM, and credit processing for credit unions across various networks.
  • Familiarity with core processing systems specific to credit unions, especially in EFT processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Galaxy core system.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Project Management Certification is a plus.
