Job Summary

We are seeking two dedicated Workday Integration Specialists to join our team, focusing on benefits and payroll integration respectively. These full-time roles require candidates to exhibit strong technical capabilities in Workday Studio, coupled with specific expertise in either benefits or payroll systems integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Connectors, and custom reports for either benefits or payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of integrations, ensuring high performance and compatibility.
  • Participate in sprint planning, understand upcoming sprint requirements, and estimate task efforts adequately.
  • Document integration processes, including requirement gathering (BRD) and post-implementation (Integration Design Documents).
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Workday's integration technologies (EIB, Web Services).
  • Proven functional knowledge in benefits (for the benefits role) or detailed knowledge of payroll systems (for the payroll role).
  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on Workday integrations.
