Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Schedule customer service representatives, manage daily and weekly operations, and ensure that all customer service tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and maintained.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, respond to their inquiries and concerns, and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Team Development: Develop and train customer service representatives to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Certifications: CA Food Handler's Certificate required.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position also requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk and move rapidly, bend, stoop, climb, twist, and turn frequently.
