Insurance Reconstruction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Southern New Hampshire & Maine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project scope, estimate, and budgets in collaboration with division and general managers.
- Work directly with customers to effectively manage repairs to their homes and properties.
- Communicate with insurance company adjusters, independent adjusters, public adjusters, and other industry professionals to agree on project scope and cost.
- Proactively communicate project statuses, subcontractor performance, and supplements to division and general managers.
- Manage in-house staffing resources and subcontractor resources to complete projects on time.
- Oversee job progress and communicate potential problems or issues to management.
- Prior experience in the restoration or related industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance restoration process is preferred.
- Experience with Xactimate estimating software is required.
- Excellent computer and internet skills are necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment is required.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
