Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
Preferred Qualifications
  • U.S. pharmacy related experience.
