Candidates should possess a keen attention to detail, patience, and experience in estimating, whether through manual methods or recognized software solutions. This role also supports the daily operations as directed by management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive material lists tailored for installed sales purposes.
2. Engage in material utilization alongside estimation tasks.
3. Contribute to the formulation of scopes of work for subcontracted services.
4. Analyze architectural plans and generate accurate cost estimates.
5. Interact with clients to discuss project modifications or requirements.
6. Perform store-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
2. Proficient in reviewing architectural drawings to estimate costs for various wood materials and labor.
3. Capable of interpreting and analyzing business reports, technical procedures, and regulatory documents; skilled in writing reports and business correspondence.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities to address practical challenges with limited standardization; adept at interpreting diverse instructions presented in various formats.
5. Familiarity with word processing, inventory, and spreadsheet software.
