About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Analyst to join our Utilities Operations team at Constellation Energy. As an EHS Analyst, you will be responsible for driving environmental, health, and safety efforts for our Utilities operation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a safe working environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead programs, training, and messaging to promote safe behaviors throughout the facility.
- Perform sample taking, testing, and reporting to comply with water pollution & NYSDEC SPDES (State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) permit requirements.
- Conduct and complete assessments, develop procedures, and conduct training.
- Operate vehicles for plant operational purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or closely related discipline.
- 5+ years of EHS experience in a utilities, construction, operations, or manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations (federal and state) and working knowledge of LOTO, Confined Space Entry, Machine guarding, and other state/Federal Requirements.

Location
This is an on-site role, located at our Pearl River, New York facility, with a Monday – Friday standard schedule. Occasional overtime hours will be required, including some weekend work, for scheduled shutdowns and emergency coverage as needed.
