About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead project design and development, ensuring high-quality deliverables and constructability reviews
  • Manage project budgets and oversee departmental finances to ensure goal alignment
  • Mentor and manage a team of civil engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with clients, agencies, contractors, and design professionals to ensure project goals are met
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the growth and success of the company
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in civil site design
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within a year
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and land development software
  • Strong project management, team building, and communication skills
  • Understanding of marketing and strategic sales
