Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop civil engineering projects, including site layout development, site grading and drainage, hydraulics and hydrology calculations, and water distribution systems.
  • Review and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to client requests for proposal (RFPs).
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff, and mentor them for future growth within the discipline and firm.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional engineering (PE) license.
  • 7 years of related experience.
  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
