Key Responsibilities
  • Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise
  • Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
  • Communicate effectively with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor
  • Monitor productivity of the team and coach as necessary
  • Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment
  • Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards

  • Provide accurate and timely updates to management and Associates
Requirements
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
