Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager to lead the operations of our fulfillment center in Leominster, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of online orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing warehouse space. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and empower a team of up to 50 direct reports to execute all eCommerce fulfillment processes.
  • Create processes, associate education, and training to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Manage all operations of the company's eCommerce fulfillment center to ensure accurate, packaged, and timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Use order management systems to review and assign workload, manage production expectations, set goals, troubleshoot issues, and train hourly leaders.
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve fulfillment processes to improve department efficiency and performance.
  • Manage and optimize warehouse space used for storage, picking, and packing of orders.
  • Partner with internal and external partners to build and maintain relationships.
  • Analyze online order projections and work with the Distribution Center Director to determine future staffing needs.
  • Maintain a safe and organized department environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading an eCommerce fulfillment center organization.
  • Strong commitment to working collaboratively with all levels within an organization.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound judgment with demonstrated ability to make decisions in the best interest of all parties.
  • Proven ability to assess and develop the talent and potential of associates and department leaders.
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Computer and database application skills, including Microsoft 365 and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule around major holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push/pull 75 pounds while using appropriate safety techniques.
  • Ability to climb up and down ladders.
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
