Your responsibilities include leading and overseeing your Pharmacy Team, which consists of both Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management, supervision, and functioning of all elements within your pharmacy.

A crucial aspect of the Pharmacy Operations Manager role is to keep your clients and patients healthy through the implementation and management of patient care initiatives.


In addition, you will:
1. Lead with Compassion - demonstrate empathy and understanding towards your patients, clients, caregivers, and team members.
2. Inspire and develop your Pharmacy Support Team by aligning tasks with colleagues' strengths, addressing growth opportunities, and bridging knowledge gaps.
3. Identify key business opportunities and effective solutions to foster growth and enhance performance within your pharmacy.
4. Successfully execute these solutions by guiding your team to meet established objectives.
5. Adapt to changes and modify strategies to succeed in a dynamic healthcare environment.
6. Explore innovative ways to collaborate and achieve better health outcomes.
7. Align team members around a shared purpose to gain support and commitment.
8. Foster a team culture that encourages care, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
9. Utilize acquired knowledge to promote healthy outcomes and distinguish Jobing LLC from competitors.

Compensation:

The typical salary range for this position is:
Minimum: 55.80
Maximum: 82.00


Please note that this range reflects the pay scale for all roles within the job grade applicable to this position. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, including location.


Qualifications:

Minimum Required Qualifications:
1. Active Pharmacy License in the relevant state.
2. Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
3. Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
4. Designated as the pharmacist in charge on the pharmacy state license.

5. Submission of necessary documents to the state PMP administrator for PMP access registration (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use).


Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
