Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge antenna pedestal assemblies for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop antenna pedestal assemblies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Implement and maintain robust design and simulation tools, including MATLAB and Simulink, to optimize antenna performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna systems with other components and ensure seamless operation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in analog circuit design and servo system development.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing complex antenna systems, with a strong understanding of RF and microwave engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
