Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language services to support the academic growth and communication skills of K-12 students in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure seamless support and communication.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Oregon SLP license or ability to obtain.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
