Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the unique needs of each student.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure seamless support and communication.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Oregon SLP license or ability to obtain.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
