Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide clinical services and communication with patients, families, and other professionals/service providers in the medical community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and interpret patient data to develop treatment plans
  • Confer with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Perform and interpret results of Videofluoroscopic swallow studies and fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders
Requirements
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Washington or holding an interim permit
  • Previous experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
