We are seeking a skilled Multicraft Maintenance Mechanic to join our Reliability team at Kellanova. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Performance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular equipment inspections, lubrication, oil analysis, and other maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Safety and Quality: Adhere to established safety, health, and quality procedures to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality products.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with business partners to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Experience with electronic controls, PLCs, VFDs, servo motors, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills, including metal fabrication and machining experience.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team.
