  • Performing thorough cleaning procedures on offices, hallways, common areas, and other designated spaces.
  • Moving furniture efficiently before and after cleaning operations to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Mastering various floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), mopping, scrubbing, stripping, and finishing.
  • Demonstrating precision in measuring chemicals and operating chemical dispensing units.
  • Maintaining accurate labeling of all chemicals for safety and organization.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and proper storage of all equipment.
  • Developing and implementing efficient cleaning schedules for various floor areas.
  • Promptly reporting any maintenance issues to your supervisor.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in floor maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Successful completion of a drug test.
  • Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
  • Physical agility and stamina to perform the required tasks.
  • Strong communication skills for clear and concise interactions.
