About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their requirements and needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the executive team with managing orders, tracking production, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Suggest appropriate products and services to meet client needs and budget.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from marketing and sales activity.
  • Communicate with clients on order status and changes in the production schedule.
  • Execute various marketing functions, including mailings, thank you cards, and website updates.
  • Help with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork.
  • Identify and resolve client satisfaction issues.
  • Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.
  • Manage the oversight of client jobs through the prepress and production process.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least two years of experience in retail, inside sales, customer service, or executive assistant work.
  • Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues.
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects.
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe tools a plus.
