Key Responsibilities- Assist the executive team with managing orders, tracking production, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Suggest appropriate products and services to meet client needs and budget.
- Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from marketing and sales activity.
- Communicate with clients on order status and changes in the production schedule.
- Execute various marketing functions, including mailings, thank you cards, and website updates.
- Help with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork.
- Identify and resolve client satisfaction issues.
- Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.
- Manage the oversight of client jobs through the prepress and production process.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least two years of experience in retail, inside sales, customer service, or executive assistant work.
- Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues.
- Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects.
- Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe tools a plus.
