- Prepare service repair quotations, ensure follow-up, and finalize orders for parts and services.
- Lead the Quality Action Team for Isolation & Valve Services.
- Engage with customers, manufacturing partners, and internal departments to improve processes and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting economic evaluations and providing updates on order statuses.
- Support the achievement of team sales and profitability objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in control valves, sales, or repair services.
- Strong technical sales acumen and customer engagement skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

- Experience in process control sales or related applications.
- Familiarity with Emerson Process Management products.
