Job Summary:

Ohana Behavioral Group is seeking a highly skilled ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Interventionists (BIs) to provide specialized behavior intervention services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other related disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise BIs to ensure accurate data recording and maintain program records.
  • Assist in creating and delivering intervention activities and provide parent education per treatment plan.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate and provide competency-based staff training and attend meetings as requested.
  • Remain current on new research and developments in autism, ABA, and special education.
  • Maintain frequent, professional communications with clients and families.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited university with a concentration in psychology, early childhood education, child development, or special education.
  • Two years of professional experience working with children with ASD.
  • Knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and approaches for children with ASD.
  • Good leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related computer software.
  • Pass and maintain a criminal record clearance and CPR certification.
