At Autism Spectrum Interventions, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ABA Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising programs, training behavior therapists, and overseeing the quality of each individual's program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will be responsible for conducting and writing assessments, writing reports and programs, scheduling cases, and leading team meetings.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently with little direction. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively communicate with clients, parents, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise programs and ensure high-quality services are provided to clients
  • Train behavior therapists and provide guidance and support
  • Conduct and write assessments and reports
  • Schedule cases and manage client schedules
  • Lead team meetings and provide updates on client progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Psychology, Education, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with ASD
  • Strong background in ABA and experience working with behavior therapists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with little direction
