Job Overview

Ohana Behavioral Group, Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will provide in-home, ABA-based therapy sessions to families and children on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need
  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to promote positive behavior change
  • Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers
Requirements
  • At least six months of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
