Key Responsibilities- Client Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with all parties to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Employee Management
- Lead and manage a team of on-site staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members to meet business needs.
- Leasing and Occupancy
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Manage the leasing process, including showings, applications, and lease renewals.
- Revenue Management
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Manage rent collections, delinquencies, and other financial aspects of the property.
- Reporting and Document Management
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents, including resident files and property information.
- Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the property, including safety and security concerns.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Facility Maintenance
- Oversee and manage facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, real estate, or hospitality.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management, with a focus on affordable housing.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in property management software and systems.
