Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in clipper cuts, you will have the opportunity to work with an existing large client base and receive additional training to ensure your success. This is a full-time or part-time position that requires a valid cosmetology license and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Share opening and closing responsibilities with other stylists and receive additional training as needed
• Manage appointment-based clients and learn our time-based system
• Maintain clean workstations while providing exceptional service

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A valid cosmetology license
• Open availability

Compensation

Stylists average from $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, compensation rate will be determined based on experience, previous skills, and education. Additional take-home pay for tips will be provided at the end of each shift.
