Our PRO ABA division offers IBHS services to children and youth ages 3-21 with Autism and behavioral health diagnoses in various settings. PRO ABA is looking for professionals with knowledge of ABA to provide services.

Job Details:

  • Full-time or part-time hours based on client availability
  • Hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work
  • Services are provided in various settings
  • Technicians are responsible for the implementation of treatment plans, collection of daily data, and completion of daily notes under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a human service area is preferred.
  • Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
  • A minimum of one-year experience working with children and/or youth
  • 40 Hour RBT Training certificate is required but will consider candidates without the training if willing to complete prior to hire.
  • RBT certification is preferred
  • Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
